Step 1: Template Design.
Give us an idea of what you want your ID card to look like.  You can give this to us in either great detail or on a Restaurant napkin or anywhere inbetween.  If you don’t know where to start you can begin with one of our sample ID cards and revise it to fit your organization.  We take it from there.  There is a one time set-up fee of $50.00. We generally have your template complete in 1 or 2 days and mail an actual card to you.  Then you review the card and say, ‘Looks Great’ or ‘Make our logo bigger’ or ‘Move this text over here’. We make 1 revision to the card at no additional charge.  You can send your desired layout by regular mail or by email to template@positiveid.com . If you like, you can request some sample photo id cards now!

Here’s how it works.
  1. Download or Request the FREE Asure ID Connect Photo ID Card Software
  2. Register with our ID server
  3. Design your card in the “Card Design Center”.
  4. Enter your names, data & photos in the Data Entry Center,
  5. Click Send.

Step 2 : Individual Data.
After you approve your ID card template design, simply send us each individuals variable information such as:
Name
Number
Dept.
Height
Weight
Photo
or whatever information that you have chosen to have on your ID card.  You can send this through regular mail or by email at sales@positiveid.com . For the individuals picture, you can mail us the person’s photograph (any size) or email us a .jpg image.  Go with whichever way is convenient for you. The price is dependent upon the quantity of each individual order and on what additional options you may want on the card.  You can print our price list here.

What’s the Cost

  1. There is a one time set-up fee of $50.00 which includes sending you a proof of your ID card for your approval.
  2. From then on your only cost is the per ID card price. View our Price List.

If you don’t want to use our Free software option, you can mail us your ID card idea.

Your ID Template and data is transmitted to our printer via a secure internet connection
where we box and ship them often the same day!
